The Nightingale is a mixed-income development for active seniors, with 174 apartment homes, located in Southeast Austin at the corner of Nuckols Crossing and Vertex Boulevard. The Nightingale development incorporates a three-story elevator-served building surrounded by single story cottages, some of which have attached carports on a 7-acre site bordered on two sides by parks and greenbelts.
The Nightingale development is inside the Goodnight Ranch community that, when fully built out, will include 3,500 residential units (both rental and home ownership) and 225,000 square feet of commercial space. It abuts the 550-acre Onion Creek Metro Park, which will feature amenities such as walking trails, biking paths and ball fields.
